I’d rate the product a solid 5 out of 5 since it’s been working like a charm for me for about two years now. But man, the service is just awful. The last set I ordered was more than 7 weeks back, and even though they took my cash, I still haven’t seen the shakes. This isn’t the first time I’ve run into this issue. What’s worse this time is the complete lack of communication or any updates. It feels like I’ve been robbed.

I placed an order for a Nuut bundle on April 24, 2022, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive! There's been zero communication from Nuut, and I keep having to reach out to find out about my delivery. They sure were fast to take my money, though. I'm really let down. Plus, there's no contact number for the U.K.

These vanilla shakes taste like spoiled milk. Not a pleasant flavor at all. Plus, it seems like the company only shows the positive feedback on their site. I wrote two bad reviews, but neither made it online.

It took ages for my order to show up, and when it finally did, the package was already opened and messed with. There was powder everywhere in the box, and the lid was off! I had to keep bugging customer service. What a horrible experience. I’d never suggest ordering from them.

It starts off well, and you shed some pounds. But then, man, you’re just starving. You lose all control over your eating habits. After that, you go back to the shakes, and honestly, they make you feel pretty awful. I saw that these shakes have copper listed in the ingredients. Too much copper can really mess with your body since it’s a heavy metal. You should definitely check with your doctor to see if this is a good fit for you, especially if you’re thinking about using it long-term. I can't recommend it. They turned down my request for a refund. Not my fault this stuff makes me feel terrible!! Total waste of cash. I ended up feeling fatter and sicker three months later.

I reckon the product itself is decent, but I'm really let down by the total absence of communication from the company. I got the 28-day pack, which comes with a meal plan, but a bunch of the recipes are wrong. They say it's one serving when it clearly ain't, like 1/2 cup of sugar for banana bread! Some of the other recipes just don’t make any sense either. I've reached out to the company a few times about the meal plan and recipes, but nada. Super disappointing. Honestly, I probably won't buy this again just 'cause I'm frustrated with their lack of engagement.

This brand is truly awesome, and the various flavors are all fantastic. I noticed they were quite fulfilling, and you can really feel a boost in energy, plus my skin, hair, and nails improved too. It also did wonders for my mood, especially during the initial lockdown. The service was top-notch, and the meal plan was superb and super simple to stick to! Thanks a bunch!

This is my second review and I’m feeling a bit down about the negative feedback! My first order took ages to arrive, but hey, there were all kinds of issues because of Covid. I got some updates from Nuut and only got 2 flavors, but that was because they were short on ingredients, and I was eager to kick off my diet. Seems like there are hiccups everywhere. But honestly, it was worth the wait! I’m loving the shakes, have shed 10 kilos, and I’m just about to make my third order!

Hey there, I previously sent a message regarding the missing 3 types of Nuut and my disappointment about not being informed of the issues. However, I need to clarify that they reached out to me right after my message. They informed me that more would be sent out, and sure enough, I received them just 4 days later. Big thanks for that! I’ll definitely be ordering again. Apologies for the earlier negative review; it wasn’t warranted for Nuut. Cheers, Ron.

Incredible Results
I've been on the NUUT 123 reset for roughly 10 weeks now. The first month, I stuck to it religiously, but during the next month, I allowed myself a few indulgences. For the last couple of weeks, I've switched to the maintenance 5:2 plan.
I kicked things off at 12 stone 8 pounds, and today I tipped the scales at 10 stone 13 pounds. Just 7 pounds to go to hit my goal, and I couldn't be happier!

I really dig these shakes! Throughout the years, I've sampled a bunch of different kinds, but after discovering my food intolerances to dairy, grains, and certain nuts, I decided to give this a shot, and wow, it’s incredible! The flavor is awesome, mixes up easily, and it keeps you feeling full and content. It’s made shedding pounds way simpler; I’ve dropped 10kgs in just 2 months, and I’m super thankful to Nuut. Nuut is a delicious and healthy powder for shakes. It makes a fantastic addition to any meal or can even replace one. Ever since I started using nuut, I've been feeling way better. You can pick between a balanced diet or paleo, which is pretty cool. If you're looking to shed some pounds, they've got options for that too. Mixed with fruits and oats, it tastes really yummy as well.

I’m honestly taken aback and a bit sad to read all the negative comments. I've made four different purchases so far, and aside from the one during the chaos of COVID, they all showed up super fast and without any trouble! It does the job for me; it’s not some magic solution, but it helps me maintain my desired weight. After being diagnosed with breast cancer, one of the side effects of the treatment is gaining weight, and I refuse to let that happen!

We live in a culture where complaints are rampant, and folks are under a lot of pressure, but come on, let’s not throw tantrums, people! X

These shakes are absolutely amazing. I’ve given the daily balance shakes a go and think they’re delicious and super handy. I got them not for weight loss but to ensure I’m getting my daily nutrition. They’re just right for those days when I’m swamped with work or the kids, or when I simply need to take a breather and grab a bite. I’m definitely planning to grab more!
